Acne Scar Treatment
We offer laser and surgical treatments for acne scars, including:

Botox®
Botox® is a minimally invasive solution to reducing fine lines and wrinkles on the face. This treatment is most often used for treating crow’s feet, frown lines, forehead wrinkles, and bunny lines—the lines that appear at the corners of your nose when you scrunch up your face.
Botox® is a fast, simple procedure that’s almost pain-free and requires no recovery time. The results usually last for three months.
Mole Removal
Dr. Tzu chooses a specific mole removal technique for each patient based on the appearance of the mole and the goals of the patient. The treatments we offer include:
- Surgical shave removal to sculpt moles down and blend them in with the surrounding skin
- Surgical excision to remove larger, deeper moles
- Laser removal for superficial moles—this is the most rarely used procedure
Laser Treatment
Laser treatment is appropriate for treating redness, red spots, broken blood vessels, acne, rosacea, tattoos, discoloration, brown spots, melasma, scars, acne scars, and early stretch marks.
Lasers work by targeting specific structures in the skin, so different lasers, and settings will be used depending on the patient’s skin color, medical history, and the skin condition being addressed.

Acne Injections

A small amount of steroid is injected directly into the acne nodule during the procedure. Steroids have anti-inflammatory properties that help clear up acne faster and more completely than it would on its own.
Biopsies
At Wall Street Dermatology, Dr. Tzu treats various types of skin cancer, and a biopsy is the first step towards diagnosing skin cancer. During a biopsy, we take a small skin sample from the affected area and test it to determine a diagnosis.
